Concept
One Omega assisted Navigare Properties and Ubierna -Aleman Arquitectos in the development of the architectural conceptual design. The 6 different units were developed with BIM workflow to detect construction and sales issues early in the process.
Challenges
The main challenge of the development was to create specific plans and renders within a tight schedule. The site had to been optimized to minimize retaining walls and earthwork volumes, while maintaining sea views.
Solutions
We developed a digital terrain elevation model from a drone flight, created a complete site in Civil 3D, developed Revit models for each housing type and produced render images and videos for the marketing department.
