Atrisco Ecommerce

Located at the North West corner of Ladera Dr and Atrisco Vista Blvd, Atrisco E-Commerce is a commercial development designed for logistics and distribution businesses. The property encompasses over 40 acres of industrial zoned land, divided in three tracts. Multiple international logistics companies such as Fedex and Amazon are currently operating in the area.

Concept

The site provides multiple access points to Atrisco Vista Blvd to the east, Parcester Dr to the west, Prime parkway to the north and Ladera Dr to the south.

Challenges

The main challenge was to optimize the site to fit multiple warehouses and logistics buildings along with corporate offices. The vehicle parking areas and truck loading/unloading bays was studied to work with the access fixed locations and onsite drainage facilities.

Solutions

We developed alternatives site plans to obtain the best design that combine an organic onsite traffic flow, with minimum earthwork and retaining walls, and minimize the need for stormwater management infrastructure. The design was developed using a GIS-BIM workflow, and rendered with an hyper-realistic render engine.
