The site encompasses 20 acres, adjacent to Sandia National Laboratories, in Albuquerque, NM. The proposed buildings are 4-story and provide a combine 1.2 million square footage.

Concept
The concept of the project is to provide a safe and secure environment for companies to conduct their business operations. The site will feature state-of-the-art security systems, including surveillance cameras and access controls, to ensure the safety of employees and assets. The site has not only been optimized to accommodate a large amount of employee parking but to also provide green outdoors areas that promote employee wellness.

Challenges
One of the main challenges of the project is to balance security with accessibility for employees and visitors. Another challenge is to ensure that the site is energy-efficient and sustainable.
Solutions
We designed a multi-layered security system that includes both physical and digital security measures. To overcome the energy and sustainability challenges, the project incorporates green technologies, such as solar panels and energy-efficient lighting.
